General/universal
Universal是涉及“全体的；普遍存在的”，例如，通病universal problem, 普选权universal suffrage用在逻辑术语上还表示“全称的”，比如'all men are animals' 就是一个全称肯定判断，而'no man is omniscient' 是一个全称否定判断。
General 在意思上也有“”普遍的；全体的；常规的；综合性的；一般的”含义，但非常的笼统， 不是那么准确(to be used with less precise boundaries and often implies no more than reference to nearly all or to most of the group.)例如，大致的描述general description, 大概的方向general direction，综合性医院general hospital，一般原则general principle，总的来说general speaking, 一般情况下as a general rule
