鞭辟：鞭策，激励；
里：最里层。
意思要学到切实。
现在多用以形容言辞或文章的道理很深刻、透彻。
Bianbi：Prompt, incentive;
Li：The most inner layer.
It means to be practical.
Now often used to describe words or articles is very profound（adj. 深厚的；意义深远的；严重的；知识渊博的） and thorough（adj. 详细的；仔细的；完全的）.
