Consistently making jokes where there is a loser might make people laugh in the moment, but it’s going to alienate someone. And if you do that often enough, you’re going to alienate most everyone. Let’s look at what Ellen does instead. First off, she makes herself the butt of some of her jokes, often comparing herself unfavorably to her guests. This is classic self-deprecating humor and is what was going on in that first Rihanna clip. “I have shoes that are like from 88. I still have a couple of vests that I wear from 88.”

consistently的st组合里面的t不浊化，但在美语中读成浊化的还是大有人在；
jokes有同学读成了jok的音[ɒ]，这是不对的；
where还是有人读成weir的音，注意元音是[eə]而不是[iə]；
there is a可连读，并且is a在连读时也是很轻的；
might make词尾的爆破音都需要吞音；
laugh的元音是英美有别的，英音读[a]而美音读[æ]；
laugh和in可以连读，但连读的时候in需要轻一点，不要太大声。事实上in the都是需要轻读的，如果你觉得不好把握，那么不妨在laugh之后略作停顿，再来读in the；
but it's常见的词语组合，需浊化连读。并且整体这个组合在句子中一般都是轻读的；
alienate的发音英美有别，首字母a英音中读[ei]而美音中读[e]。
语法和习语
consistently持续的，经常地。意思相近的单词还有often、always、usually、constantly，由于英语中不喜欢一个词反复的出现，所以记住这些同义词的用法还是很有必要的；
Consistently making jokes where there is a loser这里面where之后的句子是对前半句的一个补充说明，而整个句子又作为一个整体做了后面make的主语；
in the moment暂时，当时；
alienate someone就是疏远某人，也许alienate这个词我们见得少，但它的词根alien我们一定见过，外星人嘛。顺便提一句《异型》电影的原文名称就是Alien。
